Athens-Clarke County Bike Company is committed to offering quality, roadworthy bikes to rent. We have a wide selection of adult and children’s bikes available for our customers’ use. Our fleet of bikes and e-bikes will be available for short-term or long-term rent including guided tours, recreational riding, commuting, and other active transportation needs. Our staff is trained in bicycle maintenance and repair, and we have an on-site repair shop with the tools and parts necessary to provide prompt service.
We offer bikes on an hourly, weekly, or monthly basis to give you the freedom to ride for any occasion. Whether it’s a family bike ride or an exercise and recreation ride, we want you to be relaxed and at ease while exploring this beautiful city.
Our mission at Athens-Clarke County Bike Company is to provide high-quality, well-maintained bicycles, and high-quality customer service. To accomplish this, we have assembled an exemplary team of shop employees in addition to partnering with a local bike store to provide adequate parts and support for our customers.
Athens-Clarke County Bike Company is a full-service bike shop and offers tune-ups and repairs for all makes and models of bicycles. We are highly trained and experienced in the latest bike technology such as chainrings, hubs, wheels, disc brakes, derailleurs, cassettes, and freewheels, as well as all specialty products such as new super expensive mechanical shifting systems. We offer a wide variety of bicycle accessories that include numerous helmets, baskets, lights, pumps, locks, bells, and reflectors. We also sell a large variety of used bikes at affordable prices.
Our Mission is to improve the health of Athens-Clarke County, Georgia by providing convenient bike tune-up and repair services, a community workshop space where the local community can work on their bikes, or just chill out. Our services will be focused on helping communities in need and educating individuals about how to repair basic bike problems.
