BIKE RENTALS
Frederick Bike Company wants to provide the best e-bike experience in all of Frederick, MD. We are bringing a new twist to the traditional e-bike. We have partnered with the local brewery Blue Ridge to rent out vintage bikes. This allows you to not only get around town but see the beautiful town of Frederick in a whole new way. Our hope is to give you an opportunity to explore amazing destinations that might be hard to access on a normal bike while still being able to enjoy all that our wonderful little town has to offer.
Our fleet of bikes includes a variety of bikes, from cruisers to kid’s bikes and fine-tuned road bikes. We provide helmets for our riders and have a dedicated fleet maintenance team to keep the bikes in great shape. Our bike shop has multiple locations around the county that are well stocked with all the accessories you might need for an unforgettable biking experience.
Our goal is to offer everyone a fun, easy, and convenient way to get around the city of Frederick. We do this by making certain that we are an integral part of the community and with our friendly e-bike program. We aim to make the experience as memorable as possible by being part of the ever-changing community that is Frederick.
BIKE TUNE-UPS & SERVICE
We strive to educate everyone on how to ride a bike and maintain it, as well as providing quality service and parts at affordable prices. Whether you are new to the city, or just new to riding bikes, we welcome you to Frederick Bike Company.
Our services will get you on the road, trails, or track faster, more confidently, and safely. Our tune-ups include a safety inspection for brakes, headset, bottom bracket, wheels, and drive train (the chain, pedals, and gears that connect your legs to the wheels.) Most repairs are made in our repair shop, but we can recommend the best place for some repairs and these will be made by our professional bike mechanic contractor.

Frederick Bike Company is a family-owned and operated full custom bike shop with a passion for not only building great bikes but creating an amazing experience. Whether you bring us an idea that you have been sketching out or a picture you found online, we are ready to help design and build the perfect bicycle for you.
Our team of expert frame builders experienced mechanics, and their knowledge of steel are the foundation of our high-quality custom build bicycles. Our talented artists in painting, welding, metalwork, and fabrication will create a unique fit for you. You choose your ideal components: brakes, brake levers, handlebars, shifters, crankset and cassette (gears), saddle and pedals, wheels, and rims. From the ground up, we work with you on size options and custom features to create the perfect bike for you.
