Our mission is to deliver a unique bicycle rental experience in order to be the best bike shop in Grand Rapids and West Michigan. This includes providing affordable team and personal e-bikes that allow our customers to get out on the road, path, or trail without breaking their budget. Our customer service philosophy includes friendly, informed staff, adequate and well-maintained bicycles with innovative e-bike accessories. Our customers know we are here for them from the moment they walk in the door – and we will continue to strive to exceed their expectations every time they rent a bicycle through our service!
BIKE TUNE-UPS & SERVICE
BIKE.co is on a mission to get more people riding bikes in Grand Rapids. That means offering a great service at a fair price. It means fixed-price bike tune-ups, repair, and maintenance services designed to keep your bike running smoothly. To date, we offer sales, rental, and repair from four locations, servicing all types of bikes from road to tandem, and everything in between. We even have a workshop, so if you can’t leave your bike with us for the day then we can make repairs “in-shop”.
We are the area’s first and only shop, combining a full-service repair shop and boutique retail experience into one laid-back Grand Rapids storefront. We pride ourselves on our professionalism, knowledge, and attention to detail, offering an exceptional level of service to customers who want to get more out of their two-wheeled transportation.

BIKE.co is a full-service bike builder in Grand Rapids, Michigan. We build quality custom bicycles that are personalized to the owner. Here at BIKE.co, our goal is to help everyone find affordable, top-quality bikes and parts, without the hassle of dealing with the freight carriers and middlemen traditionally involved in bike purchases.
We believe that when you ride a bike it shouldn’t just be to get from point A to point B. As such, we strive to help you obtain your ideal cycling experience by offering quality custom bicycle fitting and service with true attention to the individual needs of each rider and their particular type of riding.
