Middletown Bike Company was created to promote biking as a means of exercising, enjoying the outdoors, and getting from place to place. We want to provide our customers with all of their rental needs with our selection of bikes as well as accessories and gears.
Our fleet includes city/hybrid bikes for leisurely rides around town, mountain bikes for more adventurous cyclists, cargo bikes to carry your gear if you plan on spending the day outdoors, and beach cruisers for tourists stopping by to enjoy Newport’s beautiful beaches and recreational sites. Whichever you chose, we hope you enjoy your biking experience here in Middletown and the surrounding areas.

BIKE TUNE-UPS & SERVICE
Middletown Bike Company wants to create a fun atmosphere where people of all ages and abilities are invited to experience the joy of cycling. We offer tune-ups for all levels of rider that will give you the best and safest ride possible for your bike. We aspire to create an environment where everyone can feel comfortable learning about bicycles and getting their bikes serviced by highly trained experts.
We make sure all moving parts are operating smoothly through a complete inspection of the bicycle including adjusting shifting, brake cables, brakes, shifters, derailleur pulleys, and ensuring all nuts and bolts are tight. All tune-ups include a full safety check and minor adjustments or replacement of hardware as needed. We also include a complimentary adjustment on all new bikes purchased.
Whether you ride your bike for leisure, commuting, exercise, or even racing, a tune-up is an essential part of bike maintenance. A clean bicycle ensures that all the parts are working together smoothly and helps ward off unnecessary wear and tear. Whether you want a simple commuter, a fully-loaded touring bike, or a custom frame built just for you, we have what you are looking for. We meticulously select and conform the parts with one goal in mind, creating a premium ride that matches your passion for cycling and inspires wonder on every commute, tour, and ride.
Choose from several different sizes and models, plus components such as handlebars, saddles, grips, fenders, and tires. Our frames are handmade in the USA with classic steel tubing and plate-brazed joints to create the highest quality frame for you. Whatever your vision for your bicycle is, we will help build it.
Our goal is to reflect strong design, top-quality materials and construction, and extreme attention to detail in everything we do. It is our intention to create bikes that will stand up to years of rigorous use: to be road warriors that make you proud!
