Medford Bike Company is a boutique e-bike operation located in the heart of Medford, Oregon. We are new this year offering short and long-term e-bike options from everyday commuting to vacation rentals. Our fleet of bikes offers a wide range of gearing for the rider to make it easy on climbs and challenging on trips around town. We also have some first-generation electric storage systems available for your convenience.
With over 10 years of rental experience here in Medford, we are very proud to be able to offer shared bikes and all-inclusive bike packages. We partner with businesses and individual cyclists who want to rent their unused bicycles each month or season. Our team offers a friendly local experience because we personally ride every day, walk our routes, and know this city inside and out.
Our goal is to deliver the most beautiful, enjoyable, and functional ride in this new era of easily affordable and high-quality bikes. If you manage to fall in love with the thrill of the ride on the way to work or meet your soulmate on the trail, we’ve done our job.

Medford Bike Company is the place for bicycle tune-ups, service, and repair. Whether you are looking for something simple like a tire or tube change or overhauling a completely worn-out drive system, we are committed to bringing you high-quality service at an affordable price.
Our staff is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to all things bike repair, be it a simple flat tire to a fully built custom bicycle. We love what we do and it shows in our finished products. All of our work is guaranteed, and if you bring us in your existing bike we will give you an honest assessment of its value and how much work needs to be done to get it in top shape.
Slowly but surely, our mission has become clearer. It is to make cycling a more accessible and even more fun part of the everyday transportation experience. Each trip you take on your bike is one more chance to experience a new destination, connect with a new friend, or enjoy a different view along your route. So we are proud to introduce the rebirth of our Medford store as we set off on this new mission.

Medford Bike Company will work with you to design and build the bike of your dreams, working from customer-supplied plans or coming up with something completely original. From comfort cruisers to fun Mt Bike’s to track bikes, Medford will build you what you need when you need it. We pride ourselves on working with only quality components that are dependable so our products last a lifetime.
Our passion and obsession for bikes are the foundation of our work. We believe a great bicycle is made from start to finish. Our goal is to design and build bikes that are unique; where every detail is considered and functional forming an aesthetically pleasing whole. To achieve this each build requires extensive communication with our client, test riding, riding in adverse conditions, and quality control checks on every aspect of the frame, components, and accessories.
