Summerville Bike Company is a complete cycle shop located in Historic Downtown Summerville, South Carolina. We offer e-bikes for our guests who wish to go on a leisure ride in the historic downtown area.Â
Our fleet consists of a mix of the most popular road bikes for men and women in the latest colors and size options. Most of our bikes are equipped with Shimano parts, which have proven to be industry leaders. Our bicycles are all in excellent working order and come with locks and a helmet to go along with each rental.Â
Our mission is to provide high-quality bicycles that will inspire excitement, curiosity, and active living. We offer an all-inclusive e-bike experience where we take care of the bicycle and your gear while you take care of the fun. Bike rentals are designed to appeal to a wide range of ages, abilities, and interests: from family bikes to single-speed mountain bikes to cargo trailers. At Summerville Bike Company it’s our purpose to make sure everyone has everything they need for the ride!
Bike tune-up keeps everything working smoothly. If you want your bike to stay in optimal working condition, it needs to be regularly serviced. A tune-up is also a great opportunity to replace worn parts, and upgrade your bike to be even more enjoyable.
At Summerville Bike Company, we have many years of experience tuning and repairing bikes. We have all the tools, the skill, and the expertise to service every component on a bike from basic safety checks to the most advanced suspension setups. We are a full-service shop and can do just about any small repair. We offer tune-ups, handlebar straightening, flat tire repair, tube replacement, brake adjustment/installation, internal cable brake lines installation or repair, chain cleaning and lubrication, headset service, and removal/replacement.
Our mission and business model has been to provide high-quality bike repairs, reliable e-bikes, and sales while supporting the local bicycling community. We will continue to put forth the best effort possible in providing you with the best service for your bicycle and continue to help make Summerville a safer place to ride a bike.

We can put a bike together from the frame up, customize existing bikes, or fix up that old clunker you’re not sure you want to get rid of. Our goal is to bring your vision to life at a price you’ll appreciate, and our family-friendly atmosphere will leave you with the perfect ride for years to come.
