Fitting Service
The correct bike fit can make a huge difference in comfort, speed and power!
A huge difference in comfort, speed and power! Whether you just want to enjoy your ride, or are trying to maximize your performance, a bike fit is a must for any cyclist.
This 60-minute session is designed to evaluate your current bike setup and discuss customized Bike Fitting options to help you ride more comfortably, efficiently, and with greater performance gains. We'll take a detailed look at your existing position on the bike, identify any problem areas, and outline potential fitting sessions tailored to your goals.
Only available for bike fits completed within the past 60 days
Already fitted with us? This follow-up session is designed to fine-tune your fit based on how things have been feeling since your original appointment. Using your existing fit data, we’ll recheck your position, address any lingering discomfort or new concerns, and make precise adjustments to dial everything in. We’ll also verify your current setup matches the original fit and focus on anything specific you’d like to revisit. If new parts or additional services are needed, we’ll go over next steps and any extra costs involved. Please note: This follow-up is not included with our Standard Bike Fit. Be sure to check out the fitting notes at the bottom of the page for more details.
For clients not booked for a Pre-Purchase Fit or as an additional service beyond a Premier Fit on a similar bike
This session is ideal for riders exploring a new bike purchase or needing custom-fit solutions when stock components fall short. We’ll assess your fit requirements and provide detailed recommendations, which may include sourcing or designing custom components—especially common with integrated cockpits on triathlon bikes, where positioning of aero pads or extensions needs precision. This service may also apply to road or other specialty bikes with limited adjustability.
Curious if a bike fit could make a difference for you? This free mini-session gives us a chance to quickly assess your current position, discuss any discomfort or performance concerns, and explain how a professional fit can help improve comfort, efficiency, and power on the bike. We’ll answer your questions and guide you toward the best-fitting session for your goals and riding style.
This service covers custom fabrication or modification work outside the scope of standard fit adjustments. When off-the-shelf parts won't cut it—like dialing in aero pad or bar placement on an integrated triathlon cockpit—we’ll design and build fit-specific solutions to get everything just right. These customizations may also apply to other bikes with limited adjustability or unique fit challenges.
Note: Please review the fitting notes at the bottom of the page for more information.
If you've already completed a fit session with us on a specific type of bike, this service allows us to apply your fit coordinates and specs to a second bike of the same style (e.g., road to road, tri to tri). Using your original fit data, we’ll replicate the setup on your new bike and double-check all measurements to ensure consistency and accuracy.
Note: Some bikes may require different components (like stems or seatposts) to achieve the same fit—any additional parts or labor will be billed separately. This service only applies to bikes of the same type; for example, a road bike fit cannot be transferred to a triathlon bike.
Don’t forget to review the fitting notes at the bottom of the page for more details.
Think of this session as a mini-fit, recommended within 12 months of your original bike fitting. We’ll revisit your original fit data, reassess your position, and make any needed adjustments to address discomfort, changes in flexibility, or performance issues. We'll also verify your bike’s setup matches your original fit, check for any “positional drift” that can happen over time due to travel, wear, or component changes, and fine-tune your position as needed.
If new components or services are required, we’ll go over options and pricing during the session.
Be sure to review the fitting notes at the bottom of the page for additional details.
This focused session is all about dialing in the right saddle so you can truly be one with your bike. We’ll use your current bike setup on a stationary trainer to evaluate saddle options, swapping and testing until we find the one that fits you—not just your bike.
Bring your bike, cycling shoes, pedals, shorts, and yourself—we’ll handle the rest. If you decide to purchase a saddle from OZ® Bike Fit, you’ll receive a $25 discount on the fitting session.
Note: This fit is based on your existing bike setup. No changes will be made beyond saddle positioning. If you believe your overall position might be contributing to saddle discomfort, we recommend booking an Advanced or Premier Fit instead, which includes full-body and saddle evaluation.

The connection between your foot and the pedal is the foundation of every ride—and often the root of discomfort, numbness, or knee pain. This session is dedicated entirely to optimizing that crucial contact point.
Ideal if you’ve changed shoes, upgraded pedals, or just feel like something’s “off,” we’ll fine-tune your setup to ensure proper fit, alignment, and power transfer. We’ll check cleat position, analyze your pedal stroke, and make necessary adjustments, including wedges or spacers where appropriate.
This service is intended as a follow-up to a full fit or as an add-on—ideally scheduled within one calendar year of your last fit. While the PSC Fit focuses on one of the three key contact points, a complete bike fit is still recommended for overall balance and performance.

You’ll leave with personalized sizing data and clear guidance on frame size, geometry, and recommended component specs—no matter which brand you’re buying.
We’ll also review optional upgrades like bars, stems, wheels, power meters, or electronic shifting to help you make informed choices tailored to your goals and riding style.

This fit is ideal for bikes with traditional, non-integrated stems and seatposts. We'll adjust saddle height and fore/aft position, fine-tune handlebar setup, and recommend stem changes if needed.
Your bike will be set up on a Wahoo Roller Trainer or standard trainer, depending on its style and size. If you're also planning to switch saddles or pedals, we may utilize the GURU Fit Bike to help determine those changes and establish your fit metrics.
Note: This is a foundational fit and does not include detailed pedal/shoe/cleat (PSC) alignment. If you're experiencing foot or knee discomfort—or simply want a more tailored fit—consider adding the PSC Fit or upgrading to our Premier Fit, which provides a fully custom setup including dynamic angles and in-depth body alignment.
