Super Bike Custom Assembly – This service covers a complete build of high-end bikes featuring fully internal routing for shifting systems (electronic or mechanical) and braking systems (hydraulic or mechanical). Each bike is assembled with meticulous attention to detail using your frameset, components, and accessories.

If any required parts or components are not provided or discussed prior to the build, additional labor may be billed at $60/hour, along with the cost of the parts.

Note: The listed price is for labor only. Any parts, components, or accessories needed or requested during the build will incur additional charges.

A shop supply fee of $10 applies to every build, and each add-on component or accessory beyond the standard setup will include a $5 installation charge.

An additional $150 fee will apply for bikes where most parts, components, or accessories were not purchased through OZ® Bike Fit—especially if those extras were not supplied up front.

Please plan to drop off your bike at a scheduled appointment time. You’ll be notified when the build is complete.

If your build requires disassembly of another bike to transfer parts, there’s a $45 fee for that process.
